Refunds Due to Customer Convenience

Refund period: Within 7 days after delivery.
Refund amount: Full product price (shipping fee non-refundable).
Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges Due to Customer Convenience

Shipping Carrier for Returns
When shipping fees are your responsibility, you may use any carrier with insurance or tracking (e.g., Yu-Pack or other courier services).
Returns by standard post, Letter Pack, or mail service without tracking are not accepted.
When shipping fees are covered by us, please use the designated carrier provided by our customer service team.
If a non-designated carrier is used for COD (collect on delivery), we may deduct the shipping cost from your refund or return the item to you.
If returned items cannot be verified as received, refunds cannot be processed without proof of shipment.
Please retain the shipping receipt until your return is fully processed.
